Productive cycle
FORGING
The Forging presses, up to 5000 Ton, equipped with the quick mould changeover device, moveable platen and finishing device capable of more than 70 strokes per minute, allow to enter into the field of excellence of the open die forgings.
MACHINING
Thanks to our internal machining shop and wide range of approved and qualified suppliers we can provide rough machined as well as final machined solutions to our customers.
HEAT TREATMENT
Our highly efficient facilities with API 6A certification, allow a wide range of quality heat treatments. Water and polymer tanks allow quenching/solution annealing of parts up to 40 tons.
TESTING
The tests are carried out internally by qualified personnel or by the external laboratories certified and approved by main international certification entities.
